Bunchberry

Bunchberry

Your Bunch at home. Your Hive at work.

One shared, live app with two sides — a Bunch for the people you live with, a Hive for the crew you work with. Everything stays in sync, and everything you do shows up in your color.

In beta now — iPhone & Android Invite-only beta · public release on the way
// one app, two worlds

Switch worlds. Berry to honey.

Bunchberry has a home side and a work side. They share one account and one app, but each world has its own people, its own content, and its own look. Flip between them and the whole app re-skins.

for home

The Bunch

  • Up to 10 people share one live space, joined with a short invite code.
  • A Leader runs it. They name it, set colors, and add or remove people.
  • Stores & items are the heart of it: groceries, hardware, the warehouse club.
  • Strawberry red, mint, grape and amber, with every action in the color of who did it.
for work

The Hive

  • A crew joins with a code, just like a Bunch.
  • A Lead runs the Hive. They fill the schedule, close out weeks, and look after the crew.
  • Sites take the place of stores, and the checklist is a honeycomb cell.
  • Honey on graphite, built for a long day, and a check-off shows the color of the crewmate who did it.

// inside the bunch

Home, running on one page.

Everyone in your Bunch sees changes the instant they happen, in the color of whoever made them. You always know who added the milk and who grabbed it.

Groceries, in walking order

Every store lists its items in the order you actually walk the aisles. Hardware stores and warehouse clubs get their own aisles too.

Memory & prices

The app remembers your items and what they cost at each store. It handles items sold by weight, keeps a running total, and gives you a cart that works like a basket.

Chores & allowance

Chores for the kids, with allowance-style rewards, so the register never stings.

Checklists, three ways

Shared, per-person, or just for you. Pin the ones you use most to the homepage.

Bunch chat

A chat hall with side rooms, direct messages, group rooms, photos and GIFs.

The Fridge

Hang a sticky note, a photo, a PDF, or a link, and choose who gets to see it.

Hive

The crew's side of the app.

Join a Hive with a code and the work side of Bunchberry opens up: shared checklists, a schedule, timecards, chat and a notes board. A Lead runs it, and everyone else is crew.

Checklists that travel

Tick a task and its honeycomb cell fills with your crew color. Save a list as a template and stamp it into any Hive.

Schedule

Days are comb cells that slide by, and today glows. The Lead can fill a whole week in one visit.

Timecards

Punch your call, meal breaks and wrap. Close your own week when it's done, or let the Lead seal the crew's. A sealed week opens the next.

Crew chat

A chats hall with DMs, group rooms, photos and GIFs. Mute a room, pin a message, and get a nudge when someone needs you.

Notes board

Shared notes with tables, markdown and scribbles, plus documents up to 25 MB. A crewmate's edit glows until you clear it.

Crew & gear

Tap a crewmate for a contact card with their photo, phone and email. A gear list tracks what's where.

The schedule is built from comb cells, one per day. Finished days settle in signal green, and today glows honey.

// who does what

The Lead

Creates the Hive and shares its code, sets up the timesheet, fills and closes weeks, and can fill in a crewmate's card when needed.

The crew

Check off tasks, punch their own timecards, chat, post notes and keep their own contact card up to date.

One account, both worlds. Notifications work in both, so you hear about a Hive message while you're in your Bunch, and the other way around.

In the oven

Bunchberry is in beta.

It's with a small group of testers now, on iPhone through TestFlight and on Android, and headed for the App Stores. Drop your email and I'll ping you the day it's public.
